1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using zorwix's website, services, or client portals, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services & Engagements
All project engagements with zorwix are subject to scope confirmation, timeline agreements, and deposit requirements. We reserve the right to modify service structures, deliverables, or tooling configurations when necessary to deliver the best possible outcome.
3. Intellectual Property
All design assets, source code, brand systems, and creative deliverables produced by zorwix remain our intellectual property until full project payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client.
4. Code of Conduct
Clients engaging zorwix must provide accurate project briefs, timely feedback, and approved assets. Misuse of our team's time due to scope inflation without contract amendments may result in additional billing.
